This site hosts online auctions for daylily clubs and similar organizations. As such, all sales through this site are final. No refunds or exchanges are available.
Each auction will have an “auction host”, a person that represents the group or club that organizes the auction. If you have any questions or troubles with what you receive, you will need to work with that person directly. The people that maintain this website are unable to help with that process in any way.
